about

Hi to all,

It’s been a lil while since i uploaded something, but it’s finally here :)

I’ve been quite busy with a few different things lately, i’ve been introduced to new clients, i’ve mixed a couple of projects, including a very beautiful acoustic concert recording from the band Cactus, and i’ve also been finishing an album we did with my two friends Eric Mie and Mael Nesti (we made good use of all the circuits i created :D).

This set is based on a diy electronical component made by Belton / Accutronics, its exact reference is BTDR-3H, it’s a 20 euros ‘reverb brick’ meant to emulate spring verbs (Accutronics makes real spring reverb tanks for most guitar amp manufacturers). It’s used in boutique pedals to make reverb pedals (200 + euros stuff).

I’ve been pretty into putting effects as inserts rather than sends lately, and thus i made this set to be used as insert! If you use it as a send, it will cause phase problems.

You got:

4x Short decay impulses
6x Medium decay impulses
5x Long decay impulses

I used the hardware SSL Eq on everything to make different flavors of sounds.

I should be back soon with new stuff, until then, feel free to get in touch, make a donation, and have fun making music :)

about

Flo Audio France

My philosophy in life, and in sound has always been that i wanna be free. Knowing how to do things myself, at least understanding intellectually the principle of something that i can then turn into a know how, and make my own.
