My main objective with this set of reverbs was to make a reverb out of nothing. Without ripping an existing piece of gear, or trying to capture a real room, or even mimic the behavior of material such as wood, concrete, steel, etc.. My focus was to make reverbs that would sound great and benefit the original material, and make it so you could use any kind of instruments with them: drums, vocals, rhodes, synths, electric guitars... you got it.

The reverb idea came to me one day while i was making impulse responses of a piece of gear, i told to myself that i would love to know how to make my own reverbs, instead of just doing my best to capture ones that already existed. What i found along the way, is that my reverbs sound more dense, more ‘real’ than any kind of impulses i had made, or tried. It made me think that when you try to capture something, be it, as impulses, or even like taking a photo of a beautiful landscape, you won’t ever come close to having it nailed perfectly, because no matter how hard you try, it will always be less good than reality.
